Was surprised that this was so moisturizing as an exfoliator. I believe it's the castor oil and mix of other oils that has that effect. And castor oil is usually a really heavy oil on it's own, but it seems like they found the perfect measurements because the oils aren't too overpowering. It exfoliates well but that moisturizing effect makes it good for sensitive skin

Your extra layer of warmth in the winter

It's not even officially fall yet and my skin already feels dry and tight for the balm cool days and evenings of September. I purchased this item at the Jersey Pride festival in August. All I can say is WOW!!!!!!!!!! This scrub is my soap replacement for the fall / winter season. I step out of the shower with my skin feeling, invigorating and moisturized. The caffeine in the coffee, the peppermint, the brown sugar, the coconut oil, need I continue. This is all I will use for the duration of the fall winter season. Thank you for a well engineered product.
